Mr Ponraj speaks at the Children's Home on the new stage

A senior Indian scientist (Mr Ponraj) visited the Children's Home at the end of August.

Thirumaran writes: "Mr Ponraj, the Scientific Advisor to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam who was the 11th president of India, visited TRUST Children Home and TRUST BOYS’ Home on Saturday 30-08-2014. He went round the campus, sat with the children, talked about hard working and reading and presented algebra books.

A further good news is that he announced two libraries for the two children's homes. This will be a great thing for our kids and it will happen before Oct 1st.

After spending time with the children Mr Ponraj had tea at our house. Nannan made a pencil drawing of him and Mr Ponraj wondered at his skill! He also said that drawing is a kind of an indication of intelligence.
(I am poor in drawing and mathematics….. oh…..!!)"
